Express Entry - CEC Draw
This year, IRCC has shifted away from general all-program draws, focusing on targeted draws for PNP, CEC, French language proficiency, and category-based selections like healthcare, trades, and a new education category.
As of May 13, 2025, IRCC has issued approximately 31,589 ITAs, with a focus on PNP (4,079 ITAs), CEC (12,500 ITAs), French proficiency (17,000 ITAs), and category-based draws (1,000 ITAs). This aligns with the 2025–2027 Immigration Levels Plan, targeting 124,680 permanent resident admissions via Express Entry.
