These draws targeted candidates with Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles created between June 3, 2024, and June 3, 2025, prioritizing sectors like healthcare, skilled trades, and regional development. Candidates who received an ITA have 14 days to submit their application through the OINP e-Filing Portal.
